Terms and Conditions

General

- All prices can vary depending on the request, all information regarding this is in my prices page.- If your references contain NSFW please warn me first.- I do NOT accept any AI images for references. If your references contain any AI it will be an automatic decline. (Use screenshots, your own doodles, art you’ve commissioned, your characters model, etc.)- I will not do: gore, horror, body horror, religious, political, fetish, or overly complicated designs.- If posting my work anywhere (refsheet, imgur, social media, discord, etc) you must credit Moonleaf Art.

Commission and Requests

- You must be over 18 when requesting a commission.- No first come first served, no reserving a spot when commissions are closed.- I reserve the right to deny a request, stop a commission and refund if I feel uncomfortable or incapable of completing the commission.- Information you have shared (email for paypal) will be stored for the duration of the commission, your information won’t be shared anywhere.

Payment, Cancellation, Fees

- Do NOT send payment without being approved for your commission or given the correct price by Moonleaf Art.-All payments must be made upfront via paypal.- A full refund is available until after the initial sketch is approved, afterwards only a 50% refund is available until halfway through the piece (i.e. the sketch is being cleaned up, the shading is being done for B&W comms, colours are approved and painting is occurring for render comms), so make sure you notify me if you change your mind!- Pieces cancelled by the artist will vary on full refund or not depending on reasoning.- A limit of 2 changes once the commission is complete, anymore after that will incur a fee.

Ownership

Any and all art created by Moonleaf Art:- Cannot be used for NFT’s or AI.- is NOT for commercial use, personal use only.- Cannot be changed or altered by anyone except Moonleaf Art.-is copyrighted and owned by Moonleaf Art this means: I can publicly display, post all art to my public spaces (social media, portfolio, etc.), If you do not wish to have your piece shown on my public spaces or want their posting delayed, let me know!- Can only be distributed by Moonleaf Art (printing and distributing on prints, shirts, etc.)

Other info

- For Warcraft roleplay purposes, if you use commissioned art in your trp or menu that is fine. If your menu or trp is being used for advertising that ends with an exchange of actual Warcraft currency or IRL money then it is not okay and requires a discussion first.- If you wish to commission a piece with the end goal being something you can use commercially (i.e. in a menu or trp that ends in actual currency exchange, or for your business) then that is a separate discussion that must occur with Moonleaf Art before submitting a commission request.
